TERMS OF SERVICE

✦ I ensure to my customers/clients to give them a comfortable and safe environment when commissioning me.
✦ I assure my clients to update them every now and then on the art progress.
✦ Incase of a emergency, which will be the result of a failed commission, or fail to deliver within the due deadline, I will inform my clients as soon as possible.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

✦ I have the every right to decline a request, if the request is beyond my limits, or I do not feel comfortable on doing it.
✦ Any artwork I do is my own, therefore I have the right to post the commissioned art as my art samples, or post it around.
✦ Strictly no refunds once the transaction is made, or after the commission is done.
✦ NO CANCELLATIONS of order(s) after the sketch has been approved and/or sended a paypal invoice.
✦ Payment must be paid within 24 hrs when I'm done with the art or when i sended an invoice.
✦ Do not SELL the commissioned art.
✦ The client is forbidden to claim the commissioned art as their work, post it around without proper credit, trace it, sell, or feed it to AI art.
✦ Clients are encouraged to provide reference (eg: pose, clothing, color paletter etc.). If ever I will design your character, additional fees will be charged.
✦ Payment MUST be 50/50 whereas the client will pay half before starting to draw. Or the client may also pay upfront. NOTE THAT I DO NOT START DRAWING WHEN PAYMENT STILL HASN'T BEEN MADE
✦ STRICTLY NO REVISIONS ONCE THE COLORING/RENDERING PROCESS IS STARTED.
✦ Do not force me to draw stuff im uncomforrtable at.
✦ My timezone is GMT+8. So if I don't reply instantly, i may be asleep/at school/busy with personal stuff/offline/sick.
✦ RUSH TAT'S will cost.
✦ And lastly, please do not rush me as I'm still a student and will most be likely to be busy with school or other stuff at life

ABOUT ART COMMISSION PROGRESS

✦ Our turn around time is estimated 3 days to 1 week to a month. When I'm not busy, I may finish the piece within 3 days. If I'm busy with school and other personal stuff, it may take weeks or 1 month for me to finish. (NOTE: TAT depends on the complexity of the request. Illustrations that consists 2 (or more) characters to draw will may take more than a month.)
✦ Rush deadlines will cost.

✦ I will update you with the progress. This includes: sketch, lineart, base color, rendering, and more. Upon the sketch progress, Please ensure that you have done revisions. Otherwise, no revisions are allowed once coloring/rendering progress has started.
✦ Keep our conversation respectful and confidential. Do not be rude.
✦ Maximum of (5) revisions only. Additional revisions will cost, but not a few.
✦ DO NOT BE DEMANDING. Ask nicely! Otherwise, improper behaviour will cost you to not commission us ever again next time.

PRIVATE COMMISSION FEE & DO'S AND DON'TS

✦ Under my General Guidelines, i have the right to post the commissioned art anywhere. If the client wishes to not do so. Additional fees will be charged. (+50% of the base price.)✦ "What is a private commission fee?"
